Roger Hungerford Chairman of the Board/Founder

Roger Hungerford is an entrepreneur, conceptual designer, U.S. patent holder and investor. In addition to being Chairman of the Board of Talis Clinical (Cleveland, OH), he is founder and CEO of Talis Equity Partners (Medina, N.Y.), which is dedicated to strategic investment and operational guidance for higher-purpose medical solutions and transformative business-enabling tools. He founded SIGMA International in 1992 and served as CEO and president until 2012. SIGMA International is a Medina, N.Y.-based manufacturer of the SIGMA Spectrum Smart Infusion System, which Roger conceptually designed. The technology was developed at and has been successfully deployed in some of the largest and most prestigious U.S. healthcare centers. Baxter Healthcare acquired SIGMA International in 2012.

Gary Colister

Gary Colister is an investor and U.S. patent holder with 20-plus years of medical technology leadership in the areas of business development, sales and marketing, and product management. He is Talis Clinical's president and CEO. From 2007 to 2012, Gary was vice president of business development for Medina, N.Y.-based SIGMA International, where he supported commercial growth; and, eventually, integration with Baxter Healthcare after its acquisition of SIGMA International in 2012. From 1986 to 2007, Gary worked in various roles at General Electric, Kimberly-Clark, Smiths Industries, and Alaris Medical Systems. He has national and international experience developing medical/technology solutions for national organizations, large integrated health-delivery networks and medical-device OEMs.

Scott Miller

Scott Miller, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Lovett Miller & Co., is a leading venture capitalist focused on investments in privately-held, emerging growth companies in the healthcare and technology segments. Companies financed by partnerships where Mr. Miller has served as General Partner have created over 30,000 jobs. Seven of the companies financed by Mr. Miller have completed initial public offerings and many more have completed successful exits through strategic sales. Prior to co-founding Lovett Miller & Co., Mr. Miller served as a General Partner of South Atlantic Venture Partners II, Limited Partnership and South Atlantic Venture Partners III, Limited Partnership. He has been on the board of directors of Florida Venture Forum, Tampa Bay Technology Forum, and The University of South Florida Center for Entrepreneurship and awarded a Little Family Foundation Fellowship.
