Status

Full-Time, On-site; Less than 20% travel

Responsibilities

· Create and manage the process for Company and Channel partners to track, communicate, and jointly measure the success of projects and installations

· For channel implementations, manage all aspects of the execution and quality of internal processes to ensure predicable and timely cycle from sales-handoff to installation:

o Establish master project plan, including tasks, durations, internal and external dependencies, responsible parties

o Master coordinating of resources for achieving results

o Establish and validate project milestones

· Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met, escalate to management as needed

· Perform risk management tominimizeproject risks

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Preferred Experience

· 3-5 years’ experience in project management of clinical health IT implementations

· Expertise in creation and development of project planning tracking tools, preferably using Microsoft Office Suite

· Demonstrated history of applying creative approaches to achieve improved outcomes (i.e., CQI)

· Established success in predicting and meeting timelines

· Systems Evaluation— Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.

· Originality— The ability to come up with unusual or clever ideas about a given topic or situation, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem

· Complex Problem Solving— Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions

Education

· Bachelor’s Degree Required
