Responsibilities

·       Apply clinical knowledge to assist in the requirements solicitation, design, development, configuration, and implementation of Talis products

·       Pro-actively work with client stakeholders to elicit program requirements, advocating optimal use of technology to develop a solution that improves current practices and outcomes

·       Perform clinical walkthroughs, completing thorough assessments of IT infrastructure, existing technology, and clinical workflows to produce comprehensive analysis which will serve as the foundation for sales quotes and resource planning

·       Clarify customer requirements and communicate to internal stakeholders in an actionable manner

·       Forecast implementation target dates

·       Support field training

o   Refine training plan/ process and generate additional training tools as needed

o   Facilitate and conduct client training on site

·       Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders and customers during the implementation process, keep everyone updated on project plan, status, issues and actions  

·       Compile and track customer implementation metrics

 

Preferred Experience

•             3-5 years in an acute-care environment, preferably in a perioperative clinical role

•             Required experience with EHR build, design, and implementation

•             Understanding the complexities of healthcare IT, and the design of platforms that interface data from divergent sources/systems

•             Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

             Monitoring — Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action

 

Education:

             Bachelor's Degree Required
